Our promises, in writing.
Most lead tools promise features. We promise response times, in writing, and we pay when we miss. This is the plain-English version of what you sign at setup.
What we promise, at every location

What we don't promise
Bookings.
Nobody honest can promise that a lead will book, and nobody should charge you as if they could. We promise the work that gives every lead a real chance: a fast answer, steady follow-up and a clear path to booking.
We report your lead-to-intro rate every week so you can judge the results yourself. It's never a term in the contract.
When we miss
Every miss is credited.
Per lead, at that location. A missed lead is worth that location's monthly fee divided by the larger of its new leads that month or 50. At $499, that's up to $9.98 per missed lead. Credits are capped at that location's monthly fee.
Every miss is listed at the top of your monthly guarantee report, with the credit already applied to your next invoice. You never have to find it or ask for it.
How it's measured
On our own sends. Checkable by you.
Every promise is timed when Twilio accepts our message. Every lead and every timestamp is in your Lead Ledger, so you can check any number we report.
What's excluded
Things outside our control: carrier and Twilio outages, texting registration (A2P) delays, your phone system or call forwarding, and your booking platform being down. Each exclusion is listed in the monthly report with the reason.
