These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rylander.studio (the "Site") and any services provided by Rylander ("Rylander," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Rylander provides managed AI-powered text follow-up systems for fitness and wellness studios, including missed-call text-back, web lead follow-up, and no-show win-back messaging. Services are provided under a separate written service agreement with each studio client. These Terms govern use of the Site itself and general conduct; the service agreement governs the paid engagement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any descriptions of potential outcomes (such as lead recovery or booking rates) are illustrative and not guarantees. Actual results depend on factors specific to each studio.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Rylander unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rylander is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
